Progressing in any career requires a certain level of self-assurance.

I mean, think about it. Before you can convince your manager or boss that you’re ready to step up to the next level, you have to convince yourself!

If you’re naturally quite introverted, don’t worry. There are ways to build up your confidence levels so that you’re 100% ready to make the leap to a managerial role or take on more responsibilities – even switch to a new industry entirely. (more…)
